Jarla is a compassionate and empathetic person who is deeply committed to understanding human behavior. She is an aspiring couple and sex therapist and has recently studied attachment theory, inner child work, and unconventional relationship structures. Her innate empathy makes her an excellent listener and therapist, and her own challenging life experiences allow her to understand and relate to the diverse backgrounds of her coachees. As a host, Jarla is warm and welcoming, making sure that everyone feels seen and heard at her events.

In addition to her passion for psychology, Jarla also enjoys the visual arts and using technology to improve people’s lives. In her current role as an UX designer in medical technology, she uses her knowledge of psychology to design highly usable products.

In addition to being a quick learner, Jarla is also passionate about sharing her knowledge and often serves as the connecting point for a social group. She cares about the well-being of others and is dedicated to helping people get in touch with their emotions, be vulnerable, and free themselves from negative beliefs learned in childhood. Her open and non-judgmental manner makes it easy for people to confide in her.

Maximilan is a transformative journey designer, intimacy coach and professional workshop facilitator. He enjoys creating safe, nurturing, and supportive spaces that feel like a second home for individuals to come together and connect.

His past years were dedicated to the studies of meditation, relationships, embodiment, and self-inquiry. This has brought him a deep understanding of the transformative power of these practices, which he brings to fruit in leading transformative group journeys. His path so far has been comprised of different practices including Samatha-Vipassana, the Headless Way, Mettā and Tantra under different teachers. He practices a lesser-known style of Kung Fu to integrate mind, body and spirit.

In addition to his spiritual and interpersonal pursuits, Max is also an engineer specializing in sustainability. He is passionate about transforming our ways of business into a regenerative economy. To promote this vision he has founded Celebrate the Planet – A Movement for Collective and Joyful Climate Action.

At the core of his being there is the motivation to make the world a better place. He is always looking for ways to share his knowledge and help others. This desire is what motivated Max to create OASIS, a place where people can come together and learn from one another.
